The recordings
Flashpoint follows the Steel Wheels and Urban Jungle tours of 1989–90, drawing on shows in North America, Japan and Europe. Eric Clapton joins the Stones on “Little Red Rooster”.
The album ends with “Highwire” and “Sex Drive”, two studio recordings released alongside the live material. They belong to this album’s programme, but should not be counted as concert performances.
