The Rolling Stones are adding five recordings to Foreign Tongues, including “Bad Luck Hideaway”, with Mick Jagger and Keith Richards sharing vocals over Charlie Watts’s drums. The expanded edition, Foreign Tongues, Loose Lips, arrives through Polydor/Universal Music on November 27, 2026.
That is a little over four months after the original album’s July 10 release.
“Bad Luck Hideaway” is already out. It appeared as an iTunes bonus track before reaching streaming services alongside “Mr. Charm” by early October. Universal Music traces Watts’s drums to sessions at British Grove Studios.
Steve Winwood plays organ on “Where There’s a Will”. Courtney Pine contributes saxophone to “Who You Callin’ Crazy”, released on October 20. Listen to the single.
What’s on the vinyl?
The red-vinyl package puts the five additional tracks on a heavyweight 12-inch record, with the original 14-track album on an accompanying CD. Buyers will not get all 19 tracks on vinyl. The record comes in a sleeve with a die-cut front opening.
The 2CD edition separates the original album and the additions onto one disc each. Universal lists a six-panel sleeve, a 16-page booklet and gold-foil detailing. Digital editions are also planned.
