About the data

Setlist Ladder, Higher or Lower and Where Was This Show? use a fixed October 2026 archive snapshot. Each has 365 supplied daily rounds, starting 12 October 2026. A 52-week cycle follows that first year, keeping Ladder’s count rounds on Saturdays. Practice rounds use the same archive and separate concerts.

Concerts and live plays

Setlists and documented concert counts come from setlist.fm. These are archive counts, not complete lifetime totals. A concert’s song sequence can differ from another recording or published account. Each revealed show links to its source setlist.

The supplied archive also credits Felix Aeppli’s Rolling Stones sessionography for recording and performance reference data.

Comparing the numbers

The supplied cards record sources including Official Charts Company, Billboard, MusicBrainz, Pollstar, IORR and Wikipedia. Available source links appear with the revealed facts. Some supplied records name an archive without an individual source URL.

Chart “higher” means nearer No. 1. Gross figures use nominal US dollars, without adjusting for inflation; cards identify single shows, two-night totals or tour totals. Attendance is reported attendance. Song lengths follow the supplied original-release recording. These measurements are fixed during a round.

Places on the map

The map marks a city or municipality reference point, not the concert venue. Place data is credited to GeoNames, under CC BY 4.0. Land outlines come from Natural Earth public-domain data. Country and city guesses earn separate bonus points.

The other games

Stonesdle’s data notes describe its song clues and every-other-day schedule. The Weekly Stones Quiz includes sources in its answer explanations.

Archive figures and source labels are useful clues. They do not make every historical detail independently verified.
